Return & Refund Policy – Bodhyaam

At Bodhyaam, every devotional product is prepared and packed with care and reverence. Each item goes through quality inspection before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A broken product

  • A defective piece

  • A wrong item

You must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish (without cuts or pauses).

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share the unboxing video along with your order number via WhatsApp or Email.

After verification, we will:

  • Send a free replacement

  • ⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Returns Not Accepted In These Cases

As Bodhyaam sells devotional items, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Personal preference

  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen display

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been used

  • The product was damaged after delivery

  • No valid proof (unboxing video) is provided

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, if not already shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
