  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festivals, high-demand periods, or special launches, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Time (India)

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • West Bengal: 2–4 business days

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other States: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be free.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Packaging & Safety

We use secure packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, we strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video at the time of delivery to claim any damage.

6. Delays & External Factors

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Festival rush

  • Remote area delivery restrictions

Bodhyaam is not responsible for delays caused by courier services but we will always assist in resolving issues.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct while placing the order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery.

  • Additional reshipping charges may apply.
